 This help desk software is a full customer service based web application for Joomla which supports trouble ticket creation and management.
The help desk is fully customizable in that you can add or remove trouble ticket status, priorities, and problem categories.
The help desk software also features a search capability so that you can quickly locate help desk trouble calls based on date, ticket status, and ticket priority, category of help desk call or search for a keyword.

Version 2.5.0a is available for download. This revision now supports filenames with capital letters. Thanks to Nick T. for providing the code to fix this issue.
This is a small but handy Mambo/Joomla component that will allow your users to resize their digital image before uploading the file to your web site. Server space and bandwidth is like gold these days. By using Image Resizer to 'downsize' a digital image before up-loading it will save you valuable time. Not to mention, your database will thank you by not crashing from all the bloated digital images it's trying to manage.
To demo this application, click onto 'Image Resizer' from the main menu section. Or go to our Download Section - Components to receive this program for FREE.
SPECIAL NOTE: We have set our servers php.ini file to a 2M upload limitation. Any image you attempt to resize in the demo section greater then this limit will cause the program to time-out.

There are companies and ad agencies charging big bucks for you to have this effect on your web site and in some cases, you just 'rent' the code. With our PAGE PEELTM component/module you own and manage the entire application. So if you can, hold off from signing that ad agency contract for the privilege of using their code. PAGE PEELTM by daUSA is due out around Christmas '07.
